What are your thoughts regarding this bill to promote international tourism to America?

How will it effect risk of terrorism? will this bill effect the number of “visitors” taking up illegal residence once here? who is really going fund this bill?
Does anyone smell pork or earmarks?

    After 911 and the tightening of rules for foreign visitors to the US, the number of tourists from overseas decrease. Foreign tourist spend money in this country, which is good for American businesses. People travel, so why not have them visit the US. Besides the money they leave here, they would also go back home with positive opinions of the US.

    As for terrorist sneaking in, amost every visitor to the US except Canadian and Mexicans have to obtain a visa, which is a long drawn out process. That would eliminate many terrorists, whose countries are on watch lists
