What legal formalities are required to start new business on travel and tourism in India?

I want to start Travel & Tourism business in India. Kindly let me know what are the formalities / qualifications are needed to start. Which membership is required to start this business?

    First thing you need to know local don. Travel business is mostly run by these dons or their mentors.

    Just Register The Firm/ Company and Start the Business,
    After One Year Of Business you r eligible to apply for IATA
    By which u can issue tickets at your own.

    Then you can apply for the various bodies like TAAI, TAFI, Indian Railways Etc

    But IATA Is Must, You need Bank Guarantee and Min Two Certified Training Holder from Airlines or IATA
