Who do I report the fraud to concerning old city tourism?

My family and I have been cheated badly by City Old Tourism. We booked 9 days on a 5 star hotel in Cuba, and arriving at the hotel, they did not know of our reservation and payment.
On my accont and email history at Old City Tourism, everything seems to be okay. I have even spoken to them prior to take off and they were kind and helpfull. Now they pretend that they investigate what has happend. The asked me to send a copy of my receipt from by fax. Where do I report this fraud, – police or what?

Credit card company. Tell them you are refuting the charge. They will investigate and if you got ripped off they will credit you back the money.

Hmmm, looks like i have been another victim of this company!
Opened my statement this morning, and have been charged £92 for a hotel booking that never was! Back in July I wanted to find someplace that would do one night in Brighton. Booked through but they came back to me the next day and said the hotel I was interested in was full, but that I wouldn’t be charged. Found a hotel by myself in the end. It seems Oldcity have done this a few times, judging by the things I have found on the Net. I thought this was just an error, but it looks like I will have to call and cancel my credit card in case it gets used again!

Got hold of my credit card co…. they have taken it off my statement for 30 days while they investigate it. They are going to ask Old City for documentation of what this payment was for….stay tuned I guess!

I’ve been got too, about a month ago. I’ve had no luck in getting replies to emails OR anyone who will speak to me on the phone. I have contacted my bank who say that the form of payment I used was guaranteed payment, and that it’s unlikely I’ll get my money back. I suggest people type in old city tourism into the ‘search for questions’ box on Yahoo 7 and see what this company have been up to.
